We prefer payment by PayPal or Credit Card.
FAQ 3: How long is the delivery time?
The Goodstee team will email your tracking number as soon as our store ships your item. We make items to your order and will ship them within 1-5 working days from the date of purchase. We use USPS First Class or Priority Mail in the US and it takes 5-15 business days to the US and Canada, and 10–30 business days worldwide once shipped.
How safe is shopping at Goodstee? Is my data protected?
We use Comodo Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard for transferring information to process your order. SSL encrypts, or translates your order information into very elusive code, and processes it immediately.
This procedure makes your account information unreadable from the time you submit your order until it reaches us. Once you’re done shopping and starting the checkout process, you’ll be moved to our secure web area. Once you are logged in, the page address (URL) will change from HTTP to HTTPS, to let you know that you are in a safe area. You will remain in this safe zone for the entire checkout process.
What actually happens after ordering?
We will process your order. It will take 2-3 days of processing before it is shipped to the order address. You will get a tracking order to the system and a tracking number by email.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive an invoice for your order. We will send an invoice for your order via email.

- To make a return we only accept returns within 6 days after you receive your package.
- Only accept returns for purchases in original condition.
- We are not responsible for shipping and customs fees (for international shipments).
It is our job to make sure your order matches the item you will receive, so we will 100% replace it by sending a new item if the item you receive is different from your order. Don’t hesitate to contact us!
